Company Policies A major credit card will be required to confirm your reservation. All charges will be billed to the client’s credit card on the day of service. All no shows and late cancellations will be billed the entire trip amount of the original reservation. To avoid cancellation charges you must provide a minimum of 48 hours notice prior to the scheduled pick-up time. Failure to show at the pre-arranged pick-up location will be deemed a “no show”. If you can not locate your driver, please notify us immediately to avoid a “no show” charge.
